Customer service was okay overall. It took a while to get help, which was a little frustrating, but they did eventually sort things out. I mean, they were nice enough, just not super quick. So yeah, not amazing, not terrible, just kind of fine...

I was a little nervous about the rug shedding at first, mostly because I’ve had rugs in the past that got fuzz everywhere and I didn’t want to deal with that again, especially in this room since I’m in here a lot. But it’s been totally fine. The first couple times I vacuumed, a few loose fibers came up, but nothing that felt unusual or annoying. It feels really soft under my feet, which I notice every morning when I walk through the room with my coffee, and it looks nice with the rest of the furniture. For the price, I’m really happy with it.

I got this rug from Rugs USA last week and, i’m happy with it. I wasn’t expecting much for the price, because apparently decent rugs are supposed to cost a small fortune, but this one actually feels thick and soft under my feet. The pile height is just right too, not flat and sad, but not so shaggy that it looks like it belongs in a college apartment. It took about a day to fully lay flat, which is fine and not exactly shocking for a rug that came rolled up. Overall, it looks nicer than I expected and doesn’t have that cheap look some rugs have. Solid 5 stars from me

I got my rug from Rugs USA last week and I’m kind of obsessed. I expected it to be nice, but when I rolled it out I was like, okay wow, this is actually gorgeous.

The colors look super close to the photos, which was a huge relief because I’ve been betrayed by online rug pictures before. It’s soft enough that I keep randomly walking over it barefoot, but it still feels sturdy and not flimsy or cheap at all. It also flattened out after about a day, which felt like a small miracle.

For the price, I’m genuinely so happy with the quality. It made the whole room feel cozier instantly, and I would absolutely buy from them again without overthinking it for a second.

I ordered a rug from rugsusa for our living room, it’s held up better than I expected. We’ve got a dog and two kids constantly running through the house, so I figured it would start showing wear quickly, but it still looks really nice. The corners have stayed flat, and aside from a little shedding in the first few days, there hasn’t been anything weird. It’s easy to vacuum too, which matters a lot in a busy house. I like when something you buy actually does what it’s supposed to and doesn’t feel wasteful, so I’m happy with this one.
