"Great customer service and rugs"
I always order my rugs from here and they come in great condition. I ordered one for my new home last week and when it came in it was wet and smelled kinda mildewy I reached out to customer service and they responded and said no problem we will send you a new one. Don't even worry about sending that one back just throw it out. I really appreciate this and will continue to buy from them!

“They are a legit company. But their moral code seems to have taken a nose dive in recent years. One of the agents hung up on me when she didn't want to deal with my problem. Literally hung up on me! Unfortune for her, I pay attention to names. I called right back and reported it. Not even sure they cared.”
